Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and resilient Web Chat Manager to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time position is at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team - Train and mentor web chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and adherence to company guidelines - Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Proven experience in web chat management or customer service leadership - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in chat platforms and customer relationship management software - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Certification in web chat management or related field is a plus
