Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Hartalega Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This position is at a Mid-to-Senior Level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat sessions, distributing chats to appropriate team members, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat platform. - Train and mentor team members on effective chat communication techniques. - Analyze chat data and statistics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all communication channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits. - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a web chat management role. - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and engagement through web chat platforms. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software.
