Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is looking for a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a mid-to-senior level professional with 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the web chat platform, including monitoring customer interactions, resolving issues in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to ensure consistent and high-quality responses to customer inquiries. 3. Analyze web chat data and metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and optimize customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align web chat strategies with overall company goals. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continuously improve our platform.

Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in web chat management or a related field. 2. Confidence and motivation to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service. 3. Strong people management and communication skills to effectively train and supervise web chat agents. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
