Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Sunway Group is seeking a highly experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, on a part-time basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in web chat management.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the company's web chat system, including ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze chat data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement - Train and mentor web chat agents to enhance their performance and meet KPIs - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on web chat performance metrics

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Independent and motivated with a strong ability to work autonomously - Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to negotiate effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred but not required) - Experience with CRM software and web chat platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
