Web Chat Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Manager to join our team at Dialog Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Monitor chat conversations for quality control and provide feedback for improvement - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat with other customer service channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Energetic and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to innovate solutions for improving customer interactions - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven experience in managing web chat platforms and leading a team of chat agents - Knowledge of CRM systems and chat software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
