Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Web Chat Manager to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad. This is a remote, part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service to our online users.

Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, resolving customer issues, and ensuring timely responses. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system. - Coordinate with other departments to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. - Train and mentor chat agents to enhance their performance and customer service skills. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Web Chat Manager or similar role. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of CRM systems and chat management tools. - Resourceful and reliable personality traits. - Strong innovation and attention to detail soft skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
