Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a Web Chat Manager to work from home in Kuala Lumpur. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, confident, and possess strong people management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat platform for customer service interactions - Monitor chat conversations and ensure timely responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise team members responsible for handling chat interactions - Analyze chat data and identify areas for improvement in customer service processes - Collaborate with other departments to streamline chat operations and enhance customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards - Implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness of chat communications - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team remotely - Proficiency in customer service software and web chat platforms - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
