Job Description:

S P Setia Berhad is currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Officer in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with order processing and troubleshooting any issues. 4. Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. 3. Excellent negotiation skills and a high level of adaptability. 4. Must be motivated and hardworking. 5. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
