Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer at Hartalega Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through our website's chat feature to provide assistance, answer questions, and address any concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support and guidance to customers using the web chat feature - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitoring and analyzing chat interactions to identify areas for improvement - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Strong critical thinking and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chats simultaneously - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
