Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and can work independently to provide exceptional support to our customers through online chat.

Responsibilities: - Managing and responding to customer inquiries and concerns through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all interactions - Creating presentations and materials to enhance the customer experience on the web chat platform
