Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a confident and dedicated Web Chat Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. In this Associate Level role, you will be responsible for managing web chat interactions with customers, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads through strategic planning and creativity.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Generate leads and nurture relationships through web chat interactions - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and feedback - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in web chat communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and strategic planning abilities - Confidence in engaging with customers and generating leads - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer relationship management tools
