Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description: MR DIY Group is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a part-time, Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, possess strong project management and people management skills, and have a passion for understanding and empathy in customer interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide prompt and accurate assistance - Manage and prioritize multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer service and communication at all times - Utilize company resources and tools to effectively assist customers - Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company - Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
