Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

As a Remote Web Chat Officer at AirAsia Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication. This part-time role based in George Town, Penang, requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or similar role. As an Associate Level position, you will be expected to handle a high volume of chats independently while maintaining a dedicated focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through web chat communication - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately - Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively - People management skills to handle customer interactions effectively - Planning skills to prioritize and organize tasks efficiently - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Comfortable with navigating web-based chat platforms and CRM systems
