Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Remote Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective customer support through web chat services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products and services - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work remotely and efficiently manage tasks - Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools - Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
