Web Chat Representative

As a Web Chat Representative at Gamuda Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. This part-time entry-level position is based in Kuala Lumpur, MY and requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through web chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and knowledge of company products

Requirements: - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to persuade and make informed decisions - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic computer skills and knowledge of web chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required
