Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Assist customers with order processing, complaints, and issue resolution. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Independent and hardworking personality traits. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to demonstrate emotional intelligence and persuasion in customer interactions. 4. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 5. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
