Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at Westports Holdings Berhad. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform. This part-time position is based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide prompt and accurate information regarding products, services, and orders. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling multiple chats simultaneously. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings. 6. Provide feedback on customer trends, common issues, and improvement opportunities to help enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate via written web chat. 3. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills. 4. Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle a high volume of chats. 6. Proficiency in using web chat software and CRM systems.
