Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

As a Web Chat Representative at Eco World Development Group Berhad, located in George Town, Penang, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the field of customer service and communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platform. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services offered by the company. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution. 5. Conduct research and analysis to better assist customers with their inquiries. 6. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers. 7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and processes. 2. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research and analysis skills to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Must be adaptable to changing customer needs and company policies. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
