Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad. In this part-time position based in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate. 4. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with customers to build rapport and maintain positive relationships. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Adaptable to changing situations and able to think on your feet. 4. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 5. High emotional intelligence to understand and respond to customer needs. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
