Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Sapura Energy Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for candidates who are independent, reliable, have strong decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in responses and service delivery. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools.
