Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Web Chat Representative at Boustead Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Upsell products and services to increase sales - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations - Strong emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to adapt to new technology and tools quickly - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
