Remote Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Malaysia Airlines Berhad is seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through web chat, assisting with inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Utilize resources effectively to resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information - Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence in all interactions, ensuring empathy and understanding in addressing customer needs - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of cooperation and professionalism - Use independent judgment to handle complex customer situations and escalate when necessary - Serve as a brand ambassador for Malaysia Airlines Berhad, promoting our services and values in every interaction

Requirements: - Resourceful and independent, able to work effectively in a remote environment - Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to connect with customers on a personal level - Strong cooperation skills, working well within a team dynamic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in customer service is a plus
