Remote Web Chat Representative

Proton Holdings Berhad is currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, motivated, and possess strong research and analysis skills.

As a Remote Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing customer support via web chat, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. You will also be required to conduct research to provide accurate information to customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner who is able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this position.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via web chat - Conduct research to provide accurate information to customers - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues when necessary - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience
