Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong research and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and software - Energetic and driven personality - Strong research and decision-making skills
