Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Representative to join our team at Petron Malaysia, a leading petroleum company, to work from home in George Town, Penang. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent delivery of service. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and work independently. 4. Experience in customer service roles preferred. 5. Proficient in using web chat platforms and software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
