Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and independent Web Chat Representative to join our team at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat to our customers. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Hardworking and committed to providing excellent customer service - Knowledge of web chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
