Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description: PPB Group Berhad is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a part-time Web Chat Representative. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are hardworking, energetic, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Assist customers with navigating the company website and online services. 4. Escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent people management and project management skills. 4. Must be computer literate and comfortable using web chat platforms. 5. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
