Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities. 4. Resilient personality with a positive attitude towards problem-solving. 5. Motivated to exceed customer expectations and go above and beyond in every interaction. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 7. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
