Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Web Chat Representative to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad. This is a part-time remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Utilize strategic planning to address customer needs and promote services offered by AirAsia Group Berhad. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and solutions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. 2. Energetic personality with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. 3. Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting. 4. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively. 5. Proficient in multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. 6. Knowledge of the airline industry and AirAsia Group Berhad's products and services is a plus.
