Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Entry Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues - Utilize resources to provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and respond to customer reviews or feedback online - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong strategic planning and leadership skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
