Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Petron Malaysia is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Knowledge of the petrochemical industry is a plus
