Web Chat Specialist

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat platforms - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong sense of teamwork - Effective planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently - Familiarity with web chat platforms and online customer service tools - Experience in retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
