Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job description:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad. This is a part-time position based in George Town, Penang. As an Entry Level role, we require a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about Malaysia Airlines services, schedules, and promotions - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively - Escalating complex inquiries to the appropriate department - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Strong decision-making skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in communication - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience using web chat platforms and customer service software is a plus - Ability to work independently and remotely - Must be reliable and committed to delivering high-quality customer service
