Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is looking for a skilled Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support on our website.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner through web chat - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize resources to find solutions to customer problems - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements: - Motivated and resourceful individual - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to effectively manage interactions with customers - Excellent written communication skills - At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred
