Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Monitor and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide timely resolutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers

Requirements: - Motivated and resilient individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
