Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries promptly and effectively - Utilize web chat software and tools to assist customers with billing, technical support, account inquiries, and product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with customers online - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals related to web chat response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise messaging - Innovative thinker who can adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced online environment - Ability to work remotely and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity and focus - Proficiency in using web chat software and customer service tools - Flexibility to work part-time hours, with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
