Web Chat Specialist

Job Description: As a Web Chat Specialist at Sunway Construction Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing online customer support through chat platforms on the company website. You will engage with customers in real-time, address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Act as a brand ambassador for Sunway Construction Group Berhad, promoting the company's products and services. 3. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and troubleshooting technical issues. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of customer concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for further assistance. 8. Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives to improve performance and customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers. 4. Innovative mindset to proactively seek solutions and improve processes. 5. Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM software, and other customer service tools. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
