Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Web Chat Specialist to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via web chat to our clients. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide timely and accurate assistance with their inquiries and issues. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. 3. Provide product information, troubleshooting steps, and assistance with online transactions. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer chats simultaneously. 6. Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. 7. Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience. 8. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web chat environment. 2. Resourceful and dedicated individual with strong project management and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. 5. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Knowledge of online transactions and e-commerce practices. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
