Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is looking for a Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. This role requires a confident and reliable individual with a cooperative and critical thinking mindset.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize company tools and resources to accurately assist customers and maintain high customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient communication and problem-solving - Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills to better assist customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and positive attitude

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Confident and reliable personality traits - Cooperative and critical thinking soft skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent
