Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: PPB Group Berhad is seeking a Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, energetic, innovative, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via web chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with the team to improve processes and customer experience - Meet performance goals and KPIs set by the company

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and energetic personality - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
