Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to work from home. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a confident and adaptable individual who possesses strong decision-making and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service - Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns effectively - Monitor chat queues and respond to incoming messages in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years experience in a customer service or web chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in computer systems and web chat platforms - Confidence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
