Web Chat Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated Web Chat Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Malacca City, Melaka, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services. 3. Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure the overall success of the web chat support team.

Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated individual who can work efficiently from a home office environment. 2. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues and improving the web chat support process. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Experience using web chat platforms and familiarity with customer service software is preferred.
