Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Support Assistant at IJM Corporation Berhad, your primary responsibility will be to provide remote support to our team members located in various locations. Your dedication and resourcefulness will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and facilitating effective communication within the organization. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote assistance to team members with technical issues, administrative tasks, and general support. 2. Manage and prioritize incoming requests via email, chat, or phone to ensure timely resolution. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and maintain clear communication channels. 4. Assist in organizing virtual meetings, webinars, and other online events as needed. 5. Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices. 6. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency within the team.

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to supporting team members and fostering a positive work environment. 2. Resourcefulness in problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 3. Demonstrated creativity in finding innovative solutions to challenges. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Proficiency in using remote work tools such as video conferencing platforms and project management software. 6. Previous experience in a support role or similar position preferred.
