Job Description:
Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Support Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level Support Associate, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 3. Assist customers with product and service inquiries. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to management. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and participate in training sessions as required.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers. 3. Strong people management skills to effectively handle diverse customer inquiries. 4. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. 5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
