Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Support Associate at Genting Group, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our customers and clients. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and driven, with strong creative and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team. 3. Assisting with customer inquiries and helping to resolve any issues or complaints. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support or related role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
