Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Support Associate to join our team at Petron Malaysia, a leading oil and gas company based in George Town, Penang. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Support Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer support via various communication channels, such as email, chat, and phone. - Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborating with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer problems. - Conducting research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Using critical thinking skills to analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to the support process.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in a customer support role. - Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Resilient and adaptable personality traits. - Strong research and critical thinking skills. - Proficiency in using support software and tools. - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
