Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful Support Associate to join our team remotely in George Town, Penang. As a Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and support to our customers and internal teams. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolution to issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met - Conduct research to identify solutions to customer problems - Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation - Use negotiation and communication skills to address customer concerns effectively

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
