As the Support Manager for Petronas, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote support staff to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all support functions. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our customers while also effectively managing and developing your team.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that team members are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team, including optimizing processes and workflows. - Monitor team performance and productivity, providing regular feedback and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, working closely with team members to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Collaborate with other departments to identify and address common customer pain points, making recommendations for process improvements and product enhancements. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally, courteously, and efficiently.
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer support or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. - Proven track record of effectively managing remote teams and driving team performance to meet or exceed KPIs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential. - Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and mentor team members. - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Reliable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Equal opportunity employer statement: Petronas is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive work environment for all employees.
