Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Officer to join our team at MYEG Services Berhad. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate resolutions - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve customer support processes and procedures


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools


Personality Traits: - Dedicated: The ability to commit to providing top-notch customer support - Resilient: Able to handle difficult situations and pressure with grace


Soft Skills: - Cooperation: Working effectively with others to achieve common goals - Emotional intelligence: The ability to recognize and manage emotions in oneself and others
