Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad is seeking a highly motivated Support Representative to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customer problems. 3. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 4. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience with our company. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for internal record-keeping. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 3. Strong critical thinking and persuasion skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
